3MEEM is not a fund. AUM does not describe its nature.
It is not a fintech platform. Technology is the infrastructure, not the source of value.
It is not private equity or venture capital by any traditional definition.
3MEEM is a closed economic architecture, designed for a purpose (capable of generating wealth and producing businesses at the same time)
At the core of 3MEEM's operational logic is a proprietary mathematical equation, that governs how value is measured, transferred, and compounded within the system.
This equation operates uniquely for each operational unit inside the architecture, with parameters that vary according to the unit's size, sector, geography, and strategic role.
It is not a cryptocurrency. It is not a security. It is not offered to the public.
It is a closed accounting, valuation, and incentive instrument, (accessible only to verified partners, after formal onboarding and structured disclosure)
Partners who enter the architecture gain visibility into the operational logic of the equation.
They participate in the closed internal circle, exclusively among verified members.
The equation itself is among 3MEEM's core protected intellectual assets.
3MEEM manages two structurally distinct entry paths:
- Path A (Full participation in the architecture):
Entry into the founding structure of one or more operational units, not the engine.
Participation in asset value, profits and losses, and governance rights.
The minimum entry reflects the required operational scale for each operational unit.
Among 125 units , The smallest single unit inside 3MEEM to operate at full capacity needs approximately 3.8 million dollars.
- Path B (Revenue-only participation):
A fixed percentage of net profit distributions. No exposure to shares.
For capital seeking an income-oriented position.
The minimum that can be accepted is approximately: 1.2 million dollars.
Entry into both paths is subject to strategic fit review.
Not all capital is accepted for either path, as capacity is conditional on quality and limited by design.
3MEEM was not built to be another allocation destination.
It was built to be a structural alternative to the entire allocation logic.
